Here is what I have so far, I have mounted everything on a piece of plate. I had to revise my plans on where the drive wheel was going to be. I moved it down and back to take up more slack. Sometimes my TLAR (that looks about right) engineering bites me in the butt. I may have to have a set of plans some day as opposed to just winging it.
