Thanked: 20Ok so I owe a long over due up date to this. As I mentioned above walleyman made a beautiful brush for my wife and she was very happy to get it. She uses it every time she shaves and enjoys it. I picked up some Mama Bear Pearberry soap for her to go with it and she hasn't used canned goop since January. Now to put things in perspective my wife is willing to try something new once. If she doesn't enjoy it she usually wont give it a second chance so for her to still be at it 6 months later speaks volumes. She really likes the dimensions of the brush as it fits her hands well and gets in be hind the knees and pits well. If your are looking for a great brush sized for ladies hands get a hold of walleyman he makes a heck of a product. As to using a safety razor I haven't got her wanting to try one yet and her reaction to an offer of using one of my straights on her legs in resulted in Hell No! Lol. One of these days I will just get her a safety razor and leave it sitting next to her brush and soap bowl. Once again great job Ray and thanks she loves it.

Thanked: 14I love Geo F Trumper! Rose is my go-to, was the first soap my husband got for me years ago and I love it. Also, really love Vegan soaps like Petal Pusher Fancies and Gingers Garden.
For the brush - something even weighted (not too heavy) and soft. My badger brush is awesome but I just started shaving with the Dreadnought Vegan brush and it may be my new fave.
Recommending is cool but really, she's got to get in and try out some products and figure out what she likes! Let me know if you guys have any questions! Happy shaving!

I won a small Simpson badger on another forum and the wife loves it. Model is Beaufort B1, perfect size for her and not too floppy
