    I have never known Classic to give anything but top shelf service.

    Yep I am sure they are great
    It is just that when I am spending such a big amount of $ on the net, I am a little skeptical
    So

    Well
    I got E-mail, and then I gave them some details about my credit card number, and the things I want to add to the package
    and now still nothing !
    I once again impatient waiting for a repley, I just want it all to be over so I can sure rest that my package is on the way

    I ordered my norton from classicshaving.com and then promptly found it for less elsewhere. I know they have a price match policy, so I sent them an e-mail asking if they could meet the difference. Gave them a link to the other site and all my order info. This was over the weekend, and I haven't heard back from the yet, but I am sure that they are just busy and it is only monday. I don't think I will push it though. It was only a ten dollar difference, so not huge. I am very sure they have great service, and I will be ordering from them again in the future. On a brighter note, my pasted paddle shipped out today! Thanks Tony!

    I just placed an order through Classicshaving and got a email almost immidiately detailing my order. I've bought from classic a bunch, and I usually only get one email when I place the order. I have gotten shipping notices from them, but not always. You might also check your computer protection software to see if it's letting their emails through.
