Thread: Handamerican, no response?

Seems like things were realllly busy at handamerican over the last few weeks. Just got an email yesterday and they were very courteous, and I'll finally be able to refresh my razors! (needed some more chromium oxide )

I too have had nothing but wonderful interactions with Keith. Even though on a couple of occasions there had been a substantial wait on delivery...I guess when you make an extraordinary product, word gets around and sometimes you can get overwhelmed.
Like Lynn, I am very impressed with my 'old dog' strop.

I am very impressed with Handamerican products and the service that I have received from Keih. Yes there were delays in email response but this happends at time, his bech hone is a great system, his service was flawless.

I put together one of there strop's a while back in Nov or Dec. Keith was very nice and took plenty of time on the phone with me. There product is great so far as I can see. It is well worth the wate. I still have to get some more hardware to finish the other strop In got from him.
