Handamerican, no response?
Hey guys, I was kind of curious about an order I placed with handamerican.
Place Feb 13th. Sent e-mails, and I called them, no response so far.
Anyone know if they're on vacation or anything?

They have been extreamly slow that last few times I have ordered from them. They also take forever to answer emails if they answer them at all. I have found calling them direct during business hours is the best way to get an answer. When I did contact them on the phone, they were very nice. They appoligized, stated they were very busy, and would send my order out as soon as possible. I recieved everything I ordered it was just a little slow.

Thanked: 0If you go to their website they have this posted, among other things.
"Orders placed prior to February 28th will be shipped in the next few days. Those placed after will be shipped beginning March 10th. It's not that long of a period and we should be able to accomplish our objectives and carry on from there. "
They have this whole paragraph about whats going on with the business etc. Check their site out.
Later guys

Most of the razor related internet vendors I have spoken too lately have all expressed a similar surge of business and real growing pains just keeping up. I'm sure with the wide scope of his products it is particularly hard to keep going full bore during all this. I know that even with a smaller scale of items I can barely keep up myself.
Looks like shaving and sharpening will be around a long time!

Thanked: 4942HandAmerican is absolutely one of our best and most trusted vendors. I don't think you ever have a worry in the world when dealing with Keith. Take a look at my two latest strops from him. Don't drool on the keypad........hahahahahaha. The horsehide is amazing....... When it comes to his products, they are worth a little wait in my opinion. I have been using his flat bed hones for well over 5 years and love them. I actually just got the new Corian set up with the magnetized flatbeds and this set up is way awesome.
Have fun.
