Well this is a straight forum so I think you'll find most people here are biased towards straights. I'm sure many here have a few DE's lying around and use them but if you asked this question on B&B you'll get another answer. Straight shaving is the classic way to shave and a lost skill which takes some skill to learn. DE shaving is more a vintage thing and requires little skill by comparison. Its just another way to stand out from the crowd and you get a better shave to boot.
