Welcome Taz.
I'm sure you'll love shaving with a straight, it's even more satisifying than a DE IMO. The only problem I had, since I started with straights I didn't use a DE for about 6 months - so now if I try to use a DE I get a really crappy and unforgiving shave!
It's all good though, just more incentive to stick with straights once you've switched.
