I don't think you'll need to do anything special regarding packaging. I've kept one or two razors in a shaving kit carried inside a bike messenger bag which was tossed in and out of my vehicle as well as carried onto public transportation and worn while riding my bicycle and have never had any issues as long as they're kept in their coffins. If you're worried about the rabid gorrillas the airlines hire to handle luggage then just place your shaving kit in the middle of your clothes and your razors should be well protected.

Thanked: 28I fly all the time with several razors the longer Im gone the more I take...I lay the strop along the side of the suitcase so it lays flat...if taking several razors I put them in coffin box or leather sleeve my ti came in and put them inside shaving kit...if taking more than 3 I use a rollup pouch and put in bottom of suitcase...Ive not had any problems...
