Thanked: 36He said that Carl was smart and a very good businessman, but he had so much "stuff" in his office that you could hardly get into it and move around. He did not say what all the stuff was.
I don't have a Monkhouse razor yet, I have heard they are great shavers, I have been looking for a good one.Last edited by Fenster; 08-27-2014 at 03:19 AM.

You can still buy the C-MON Cadillac razor. They shave well off the 8k stone.

They used to be cheaper but time marches on.
Pound for pound it's a good blade. I have two and no complaints.Last edited by mrsell63; 08-27-2014 at 07:32 AM.

Funny, my barber is about the same age as me (I'm 28, he looks withing 5 years either direction). He apprenticed at the shop with the previous owner and took it over when he retired. He does do shaves still, but with a "feather" type thing. I've brought up straights a time or two but never went anywhere, just the sorta generic "that's interesting" type response.
