Help.
I have a friend whos about to become a USMC recruit..Can he take a knife with him? I have 2 for him. help. Time is running short. Im sure it will be given back to him after. But can he take them with him as a recruit?

No, he cannot bring any weapons with him, no souvenirs, no gifts from Dad,,,,
If he is found with a knife on him, as he enters the Depot, there will be a problem & highly unlikely they will return the knife.
He just brings his shirt, pants, underwear, shoes & identification,,, all which will be taken from him, bagged & returned when he leaves the Depot.
