I recently sent a watch from N.M to San Francisco and it took over two weeks to arrive.
    That's registered pony express :<0)
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Let me restate that I did not throw away the tracking number....my beautiful, wonderful, lovely WIFE did. I say it's grounds for a new razor....what say you all!!!

I just hope if someone stole it they try to shave with it....boy will they get a surprise. Nice fat ding that should give them a reminder of why it is wrong to steal!

It's pretty simple, really - sounds like your wife is worth a bit more than that lost razor.

So, you keep the wife happy and think what you can get out of that mistake of hers. If you play your cards right you should be able to come out well ahead i.e. get more than that razor's worth in goods, services or both

I avoid purchasing my USPS shipping at the office.

I log onto the USPS web site, and purchase my shipping online. Not only is it frequently discounted from buying on site, but you will have the tracking info logged electronically, and not have to worry about losing a slip of paper.
