My alliances lie with Glenn, he was/is a gunsmith if memory serves me correct.

I have picked my side and will stay on it.
Why wouldnt said newcomer try Lynn's home town instead?

You know guys, I used Jim's place for a few purchases and even had a nice conversation with him, because I had questions, he said call, he is from my hometown and had a veteran owned business which I happen to have earned my past, pre-retirement living promoting (use of veteran owned businesses).

He was great, and he provided quality stuff. When their advertising disappeared from SRP I thought that was odd, but wasn't shopping anyway.

So he sold his business, I hope at a good profit....bad for us, but good for him if that's the case. Meanwhile, I am wishing I had never posed the Glen/Sandpoint issue since I use him too, have bought razors from him and like him a lot as a mentor and craftsman. He said he has no contact with them.

I know nothing about the new owners, which evidently some of you do.

So, I guess, I wonder why we're now prolonging our discussion about this and therefore, their exposure, if they're as unsavory as some have implied
    Just call me Harold

No Gold Dollars the last time I looked, although there were some Boker offerings.

Well let me make a vague prediction. I noticed they started adding more and more grim blades soaps and other products. Probably as they sell off the old stock from previous owner it will be replaced with more of that sort of thing. I used to get queen Charlotte soaps there and its not available anymore but who knows.
