    Default change of ownership?

Does anyone know if Vintagebladesllc has changed ownership? Or is this question verboten? This was my goto place. I've noticed recent changes in their website and contact info.

No, not verboten at all as long as it doesn't become an ad for the establishment.

I'm sure someone will come along and have the answer for you.

Vintage is now showing a Sandpoint Idaho address and a 410 area code (Maryland).
I am not sure if Jim may or may not have made a change? But the Idaho address troubles me.

    New address:

    Sandpoint, ID 83864

Isn't Sandpoint Gssixgun's town? If so, he'd probably know about The Grooming Network.

It is Gssixgun's town. Not that it's a problem. Have had good dealings with him. It is troubling to consider that Jim Ayers may be gone. However, if Vintageblades successor follows the footsteps of his predecessor, all is good.

My point was maybe Glen knows the scoop and will weigh in. The site still mentions Jim, although it has changed looks. Guess you could ask them. I too have had good dealings with them (and Glen).

Went to the Facebook page of Vintage Blades LLC. There is no indication of who owns the company now. Jim's last post was on April 30, and another post on May 20 announcing a clearance sale on Rooney shaving brushes, but may or may not have been by Jim.

Seems odd that Jim wouldn't have personally posted about the move to Sandpoint if he were still the man behind the logo. Remains to be seen. Hope all is well with Jim. He is a good guy.

I believe it went out of business and the name and URL was purchased by the same guy who is buying up all the other shaving related domains. If you look at some of the other razors being sold you should be able to confirm this for yourself. I wonder if they are selling Gold Dollars there too yet?

if not, it probably won't be long.

Ummm, just my opinion, but I doubt that's going to happen.
