What a shame. Poor fella. I feel your pain. I hadn't shaved at all for over a week, before trimming the weeds back to what is pictured in my last photo update. My neck & jaw/chin were driving me nuts! Add to that our dog is a Sheltie, with a luxurious double coat... which I was always chasing a strand of off my face, even after not being home most of the day! But I digest.

I've been using Google Fit to track my steps & distance walked etc. when I work. Movember only lets you log walking in either whole miles, or time elapsed. Neither of which Google Fit does accurately. I spend twelve hours a day on my feet when I work. I know I walk more than 2-4hrs of that. And it virtually never differentiates between walk & run steps (it can, it hust doesn't) l: about 40% of my steps are taken at a "jogging" pace. It is probably in the ballpark with the number of steps I take, but the calculations don't work out. I crunched the numbers several times tonight, and it said I covered a distance of 0.8' to 1.4' when I did the math of steps vs. distance it logged. So yea, Google misplaced some decimal points or something.

Long story short, I did about 17,000+ steps at work tonight. And I'm gonna run a second app I just downloaded & see how it stacks up. Gonna be even more battery drain, though . Wish me luck.

And to everyone else that is "on the move"! Ugh... puns mean it's definitely time to close my eyes.

Rocking the Mo at work, everyone thinks it's hilarious. They had better pay up for all the mocking LOL (Movember movement is virtually unknown here, so I'm just a guy with a funny face now *sniff*).

This makes me think this is the original intent of moustache wax?? Rather than the hipsters & their curly-Q handlebar moustaches that double as a replica Da Vinci statue...

I managed to hold off the itch of the Mo by thinking of other things and not touching it.
After returning from my business trip to Prague, the itch became unbearable.
I was afraid this was going to happen and feel a bit ashamed of not even holding out for a month, but it was really consuming me.
I’ve got half a month to go and have been slacking at the Move part, so I will commit to filling every remaining day of the month with moving, so as still to have some feelings of pride left...
Half Mo, half Move, I guess it’s not a bad combo.
    Today 15k bike ride.
    Tomorrow 1.5 hrs of Yoga.
BTW, my lip kept itching for a full day even after removing the stash.
Here is the last pic before it came off.

Feeling double seedy and quizzical. Double seedy because I was out drinking last night and now it is my first night shift and secondly because I don't look any less seedy.

Well, I just joined the SRP team from my Mo Space. I hope that was a good thing.

And that makes 13 members for SRP USA and $2715 on the books....
12 days to go if you are on this side of the dateline...

Canada is still in front in the Population adjusted total, not to mention the currency adjustment...(yikes)

Mike - do you remember what we did last year?

Here I am after today's shave and stache trim. I'm just getting over a really nasty cold so I might not be looking all that enthusiastic. About two weeks to go and I will ceremoniously chop it off my face.Name: 20151118_172631.jpg
