I can grab a straight, face lather up and be done in five minutes or so if I want...but prefer to stretch it out as long as possible.
It is actually a mental excercise for me to actively stop - slow my mind down - and let the shave relax me and take its own time. For me, its an active transition to a relaxed mental state.

10-15 minutes for me, from strop to balm on a work day. I mostly do 2 pass shaves when I'm pressed for time. Weekends is a different story I usually start by choosing my gear and then refreshing my razor on a finisher and stropping thoroughly. I may break out my scuttle do a hot towel if in the mood kick on some music, lather and shave until I'm satisfied and proceed to post shave treatment. Could take me 30 minutes, but I'm not counting.
Don't drink and shave!

Thanked: 9I'm still new at straights but it usually seems to take me about 25 to 30 minutes from loading the brush until gear is put away.
Have a great day!

Thanked: 351Excluding stropping... probably around 10 to 12 minutes for a 2 pass shave. I don't bother with 3 pass shaves using a straight, and I accept some slightly rough patches. My arms just don't turn the right way to get them all, and so I have learned to ignore them. 3 pass and additional 'buffing' with a DE is possible, but it's not really worth the effort.
I can go faster, but fast and straight razors, do not, good bedfellows, make.
Regards

Thanked: 1184I multi task in the morning so water is warming brush and soap while [I sit and strop] I don't count this time because I have to sit anyway :<0)
When I do pull up to the sink I do a 2 pass in 8 to 10 minutes complete with rinse, witch hazel splash, waxing mustache and clean up. Dam nice shave. I take a lot longer on weekends and go for BBS with a relaxed frame of mind.Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

From stropping, hot water in the scuttle, quick shower, 2 pass shave with some touch-ups, cleaning up and some stropping, it takes me about 35 minutes. I don't like to rush, and I really enjoy the time to shave.
