I've never timed my shaves...I shave with a straight razor to punish time.

My first shaves took 45 minutes. Lather dried up on the 'other' side of my face before I could get to it. Had to re-lather. Now easily 10 minutes for a single pass, 15 for a two pass. Not being in a hurry, just became more efficient.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

10-15 minutes for me, but that is for lathering and shaving only. I spend at least another 10 picking out my razor and stropping it before starting the shave

Just the neck, 15 minutes. Head and neck, 45 minutes.

About 30 minutes from strop to finish. I shave at night and take my time. It's kind of like meditation and helps me relax after a long day. I don't sleep as well if I skip it.

About 15 minutes for me too; why hurry when wet shaving is so relaxing?

I am in the 15-20 minute range. I do the same as harrywally no rotation on anything, just whatever I feel like that day.

I found cold water shaves to also be a lot quicker routine

I take about 35 mins for a shower and a 3-pass shave, including 25 laps on the strop before shaving and 50 linen/75 leather after. Since I don't carry a watch into the bathroom, I can't separate the times individually.

It did take MUCH longer when I first started...over an hour. Since I'm pretty skilled at bathing and have had the same basic routine for decades, I can only think that my shaving time has dropped.
