Ebay is Evil!
Well I finally went on Ebay just to check things out. Thought hmm some straights at low prices Ill jsut put soem bids in and of I win I win.
Well many hours later I finally went to sleep and woke up having won 5 of my first 8 bids.
Now Thats sounds great and all but really dont need more outlets for my RAD and this is gonna get expensive if I keep winning.
I would say I'm gonna try to avoid Ebay but then I went and bid on a bunch more.
Seem I have a problem and I blame Ebay!

Thanked: 4826A lot of new guys buy a lot from eBay but it gradually subsides as you start to buy other things like strops and brushes and hones. Oh and how is that bottle and mug collection coming John?
It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!

Well that's just dandy, you are the one that is out bidding me on ebay. I guess I will have to wait for you to sell so that I can get a decent SR. I guess everyone is trying to get a little Christmas money now. Good luck bidding and have a great Christmas!!

IME the time will come when you will be glad to see that you lost .........
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

In the beginning, when you are building a collection of razors, EBay is pretty much a free for all.
As your collection grows and your tastes in razors develop, you will beome much more selective about what you are willing to spend your money on. I find it pretty hard now to come across a razor that I would even consider putting on my watch list.

Thanked: 55Haha...how true. I love Ebay however but it's easy to get carried away. You start out bidding on something at a low price with no other bidders and end up in a competitive frenzy to not let that other bidder get "your" item!
You then realize that you could have gotten it cheaper and at any time on the "Buy Me Now" listings.
