    Thats d bomb, Jerry.
You might as well turn them upright, now. Then all you'll have to do is push down on the tails, and they pop up for removal .
Ya got me trumped, brother. My box is full, and I've got just as many laying out, and in boxes on my dresser.

But I do have another jewelry box to revamp, once the weather breaks enough for outside work.

Mike, I really thought about doing this. BTW, I love the way they look in your box standing up. I'm just thinking they might be a bit harder to find the one your looking for that way. But I figured I had enough room I might as well use more drawers this way. That will be the back-up plan but I'd have to double the amount of razors I got before I'll need to do that. On the other hand, I've only been collecting for a year and I've got this many so, another year and I will have to start standing them. Ha. Well I've slowed down on buying unless its just a deal I cant refuse. Maybe two years before I have to stand them.

So far I got all drawers lined with the foam and the felt. I got all the dowels cut a touch long, so for the next few days I'll be sanding to fit and placing the dowels in. No glue, just press them in place so I can take them out when the time comes. I was wrong on my counting as I'm only going to get 8 per drawer. But this will still give me room for 144 Razors before I have to revamp it. Plus the three drawers on the bottom for parts.

When its finished and loaded, I'll post up another pic.

BTW, Thanks to all for the flowers.

Well, That plan fell apart. Cant do it the way I was planing on so guess I need to get a closer look at mikes setup. E-mail sent.

This is what I got but I'm just not happy. I need to glue the dowels to the sides of the drawer and I'd rather not glue or nail so I can change it later. Who knows. Just step up and do it right as they say!

Beautiful cabinet, and I think the dowels are simple and functional!

Great score Jerry! The cabinet looks awesome. You could make inserts in a ladder pattern. Use two size dowel rods use the larger for the sides and drill holes in those dowels for the smaller rung dowels. Then when you need to stand them up turn them to put the old holes down and re-drill new holes for more dowels. Then there’s no need to nail or glue into the boxes! Figured that might help you out some, and thank you for sharing all the pics

    Looks great!
A dab of hot glue gun is easily removed. Will hold good until you want to change it. No sweat!
