I was born in Kitchener, raised in Hamilton and lived the last ten years in Toronto.
Now I'm out west with all the nicer people.

Can I count as an honorary Candian?
My parents live in Richmond, Vancouver. My in-laws in Toronto. Which is a huge pain in the ass because it's kind of difficult visiting both sets of parents in a single vacation.
X -- when you say out west, do you mean Van?
I particularly like Canada because a few years ago when I was in one of those state-controlled booze shops (state-controlled! Go figure!) I bought a bottle of wine and was asked for ID to prove I was of age (is it 18 or 21?). I was 33 years old at the time. Made me feel like I was "one of the kids" for just, ooh, a few seconds.

Thanked: 0Honourary Canadian...
Me too?
My Grandfather was from Montreal?
In fact are there any Montreal members who'd help me trace my family there with a spot of phone book detective work?
