Thread: Hello everyone

wow, thanks a lot, you all have been super helpfull, i will try the pyramid that xman proposed, as for the final polish i only have a paddle strop from thier issard and their diamond paste so i am not sure which side to apply it on for finnishing touches, one side is black leather but somewhat rough, the other side is a very smooth leather, where should i apply paste ? keep in mind this is all i got, living in lebanon i dont have access to all the paste you might find in europe or in the states. As for my beard , yeah pretty tough, does the width help. i mean would a 7/8 or 8/8 work better? or is wedge the answer?and arn't wedges difficult to hone ? sorry for all the questions, i really appreciate the replies..

ok good news, i did the hone pyramid suggested by xman, followed by strop using my thier issard paste, and then the shave, i pleased to announce it was much better, enjoyed it, but i think there is a touch up required, because it did pull but this time only against the grain, my question is what pyramid should i use now ? i check the link xman posted and downloaded the pdf , but did not get an answer , can any give me advice on the next pyramid i should use just for the final bit ?
