Angry How badly would you have to be hurt to stop you from shaving?

I am just wandering what it would take to keep you from shaving. This Saturday I took a little spill while running and removed about 30% of the skin on my palms and fingers. I think I will start shaving tomorrow. Have any of you had to take time off from shaving?

I guess I'd only be inclined to stop shaving if my injury interfered with my ability to shave.

Maneuvering a straight with messed up hands is dangerous (but I shave my head as well as my face). Another thought, which is worse: cutting yourself up because of loss of dexterity or dropping your straight

No, never been hurt bad enough to stop shaving. I'd only stop if I couldn't physically do it safely, I guess.

No need to do it yourself- give the missus a barber's manual and hope for the best! At least if something happens, it won't be your fault

The only time I have had to pass on shaving was when I had too much whisky. At least I was sober enough to realize that holding a surgically sharp piece of steel to my arteries while inebriated is not a good idea.
