this might hurt the membership drive!... although if it cannot be restored think of all the arguments in the off topic area that no longer exit!
Be just and fear not.

Thanked: 22Does this have anything to do with, why I couldn't access SRP for the past few hours? And why the most recent posts are from 31 Oct last year?

Thanked: 328The server went down for a few hours, but came back up with a db back from October.. That's why there aren't any new posts.. I'm working on it now.. But keep in mind any posts you make between now and when I restore a current backup will most likely be lost..

press the gas pedal tothe floor 3 times, then hold it halfway down and turn the key....
you did that twice? ... now you have flooded the thing .... don't touch the gas pedal and crank the engine for 15 seconds....
did that help?Be just and fear not.

Thanked: 22So all that time I spent cursing and swearing at my computer about not being able to access SRP did me no good. That was a long wait. Think I shall cart myself off to bed now co its 0220. Hopefully when I rise, everything will be back to normal.
