Hear, hear! I have shipped razors to Russia, Germany, etc. I do most of it online and then fill in the customs thingie at the post office...including insurance....it took a whopping 15 minutes...which included standing in line.
I would ask what she means be "hassle" for international shipping....sounds like she may have nver done it and just thinks it's a hassle.

Seeing how much DD's usually sell on e-bay and the price you managed to grab it she probably figured she could have gotten more and is maybe trying to pull a fast on you as to turn around and get more by someone else... Better follow this on up!

I don't think eBay will let her make a second chance offer to the next bidder unless she opens a dispute with you & you don't reply.
As others have said get the eBay police involved if she ignores you. Works wonders. The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Ok, all seems good now. She said the relay method would be fine, I guess she had no way to argue it. I sent Earthdawn's shipping info once with the paypal payment and again in a separate message. And being your typical polite Canadian, I apologized for the misunderstanding. I guess now it's just a matter of waiting. Thanks again to everyone for your advice and support. As I said earlier I probably would have just let this slide, but now I have a nice shiny DD on the way. As soon as I get my hands on it, I'll be sure to post some good quality pics.
