Hey guys! You cannot quit buying now! The best time to buy on Ebay is during the Fall and early Winter! The time to stop is after January1! No kidding, a lot of people go on vacation during the summer and after that there is the holiday season. The sellers are still listing but the number of buyers is less!

Hang in there and just make it a New Years resolution to stop, for awhile anyway, after the first of the year. :P

    Yeah, right, fat chance,

Dunno' .... I think I still hold the eBay record for a Wonderedge that I listed days before Christmas 2003 -- NOS with an offer to keen, it sold for just under $500

I *do* think summer is slower as peeps go on vacation, but that is also a good time to buy as *other* folks try desperately (lower prices) to *sell* their stuff to *pay* for a vaction .... ink:

After a time, you get to know what is generally available and what is rarely offered at ANY time .... John's recent 8/8 Henckel friodur razor last week was an example of rare!

I mentioned this last Sun in chat... but thought I might at well bring it up here as well....

KnifeCenter has some very pretty covered tang Monopol Razors that are apparently from the 50's with genuine pre-ban Ivory.

Nice razors... but a tad over priced in my opnion.

Actually the Boker Pearls have an MOP tang and usually go for around $50 or so if in good shape. As with Boker's in general, they are usually top notch shavers. Lynn
