I'm wondering with the UPS thing how it works, I only ever receive these at work. As I work during the day, how do I know when UPS will be at my door? Do they arrive early in the morning, or just whenever they feel like it?

You put down your work address after clearing it with your boss! ^^

Everyone else does it, but then everyone always needs to know what you got, and as I talk far too much already about shaving, I don't want that happening : I UPS myself books at work, but that's about it

Dunno if UPS delivers to post boxes, but if they do you could get one of those.
And here in Finland you can at least give DHL (german version of UPS) instructions to leave the package by the door, in the mailbox etc...

Once your payment is cleared into our bank account UPS will be notified that there's a package waiting to be picked up at our workshop.
At the same time you as buyer will receive the tracking number of your package by email in your mailbox.
You can follow you package online.
Thanks
PS: we only ship with UPS inside Belgium and The Netherlands.

Let me join the club of happy Rob's customers. My 8x2 combo stone (and a little two sided slurry stone) arrived this week and it is gorgeous!
Thank you, Rob! Doing business with you was a pleasure.
PS: Everyone should have at least one natural Belgian stone. They are excellent hones and great lookers, too - you have to smile every time you use them!

Yes, but just wait and be careful; you may be bitten by the coticule bug and feel you need to acquire 5 or 6 or more. Then of course you need a Thuringian or 3, a Tam O' Shanter, Dalmore Blue, Dalmore Yellow, Chinese 12k, Dragon's Tongue, Nakayama Asagi....Oh, HAD, it's a wonderful and terrible thing!
