In a weird way, this makes it a little less incomprehensible that he'd do such a thing. Maybe when you've been roommates the boundaries are never quite the same.
Still, definitely a
on his part. I've never had this happen to a strop--yet!--so all I can offer is good wishes and the hope you can repair the damage.

Since he has such an interest in straights I would have really given him a lesson and shaved him with the dullest razor in the lot.

Use that strop to give him a good beatin'. See Henry's father in the beginning of "Goodfellas" for tips on proper form.

Sorry to hear about your shaving equipment. If your really angry at him, leave a loaded gun with a hair trigger in the bathroom, that should remedy his human curiosity

Thanked: 17
personally, i'd shave his head with the dulled blade. there are just some things you don't touch if you don't know what you are doing. the only thing worse than what he did would be to traipse into NORAD and say, "what's this red button do?" and push it.

I can't believe that happened.... That would make me angry and want to cry at the same time.
I remember one time I was showing my brother one of my razors, and he jokingly pretended to rub it against the brick fireplace.....I never realized until that moment how protective I am over my shaving stuff....
