    Default Custom Made Straight Razors

    Do any of you guys know of any source right now making totally custom straight razors? Price? Location? Kinds of Steel and Handles? Thanks. Lynn

    I haven't seen any of them, but Bill Ellis (urleebird) makes them.

    Well......I may have a source for a custom made razor with custom handles unlike any in the world. They will be made to order through me by a world recognized knife and straight razor maker. They will also include a stainless damascus in the selection. I hope to have some pictures up this week in the gallery. They will not be cheap, but these are the absolute best straight razors in the world. Lynn

    ... and, of course, you'll have to send out at least one copy of each to an independent reviewer to test .....
    someone whom everyone has come to known and trust ....
    someone whom has worked with razors extensively ....
    someone whom even the experts use, occasionally ....

    Ummm, any ideas? Who could that be? I wonder....

    I am interested, in that can't-afford-it-but-still-want-seven kindof way...
    Is this by any chance a resurrection of the American Straight Razor idea from a couple years ago?
    Either way post pics, it would be awesome to have US-made straights available again.

    It sounds pretty exciting Lynn. Please keep us apprised. As you know from previous posts, there are a few of us lusting for the Damascus steel blades and would love the opportunity to extend our mortgages to make a new purchase.
