    Default Giant Barber Equipment Sale....

Do to the recent extremely high Ebay prices, I'm thinking of having a "Going out of business sale" Did you guys see the recent DD and Puma?
WTF? This is absolutely ridiculous. I know for a fact that neither bidder are in the U.S. I figure if I sell all my Hones, Str8's, Strops, Barber Boxes, Soaps, Creams, and other misc stuff I can probably buy a second home in the suburbs somewhere and rent it out...or maybe another Harley.

God, are you kidding? someone once said, A razor is worth whatever someone's willing to spend on it. Well, I have about 20 ducks and 4 Puma's
So, what' 24 x 700?, And that's just those, I have about 75 other primo razors...I'm gonna be an Ebay Millionaire....Packin up the truck and movin to Beverly....Hills that is, Simmin pools, Movie Stars.....

Hey Max, Are you busy, I got some work for you bro, I'll be at the Luxor...

How bad can it be shaving with a disposable....It's like riding a bike, right...?
    Hell, it's gotta be cheaper.....

For the average guy it might be Rich but you would undoubtedly start collecting disposables and be the first case of DRAD.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

So........sell your 24 ducks for almost $17,000? I'd do it in a second. $17,000 would buy some nice toys for a smithy and machine shop. Start wanting to forge and make your own razors and you start thinking about what sort of toys you can buy and how much they cost and you start to think a ton less about vintage straights that go for waaaay more than you care to pay.

BTW, I'm still only in the dream stage with no time to boot, but I can tell you, my mind is occupied with forges, pyrometers, metal lathes and mills, furnaces, heat treat ovens, hammers, power hammers (mmmmmmmm.....power hammers) anvils, making my own tools to make other things razor related, the list goes on an on. Hey, a guy can dream! Vintage razors? What vintage razors?

Well I have wanted a DD wedge for a long time now...not for 700 dollars though!! Are these people just gambling addicts cause from what i have seen lately there haven't been any MINT razors going around.

Just how large is giant barber equipment? If I buy some and also buy the Mini Butcher for sale in the classifieds, can I shave small, medium, and large people?

Looks like there were two w-edges for under $150 each on the classifieds last night.
