Although I agree that there have been something happen to prevent shipping, you also have to protect yourself. I am not saying there is fraud. If you used PayPal as your payment method, contact them.

Here is what happened to me when I purchased something from the classifieds. I waited over 3 weeks myself before contacting PayPal. Prior to contacting them I had sent emails requesting a status. When I reported this to PayPal I received an email in a few days from the member's spouse saying her estranged husband must have allowed this transaction to slide. They were in the process of a divorce. She made good on my refund. I thanked her for her kind efforts.
