Well thanks to JoeD I've picked up an awesome new technique. I straightened out some bevel issues that I wasn't even aware I had.

I'd used the sharpie method before, and it was coming off even...but apparently all was not as level as I'd thought.

Even with this though, I spent the better part of 3 hours trying to sharpen my shiny new bevel to no avail.

The bevel is more even, the edge bites into my thumbnail uniformly along the entire length...but it still wont' cut arm hair even at a 90 degree angle and leaning on the damn thing, let alone glide thru them held above the skin.

On the plus side, I think this new method will help me get all my GOOD razors even sharper.
