I really hate to be the one to break the news to you youngsters, but as you age your skin will begin to sag. Stretching skin while shaving, along with the other odd contortions we make, might actually delay the inevitable by improving muscle tone. Oh, and your nose and ear hair will grow just as fast as the hair on your head (if you still have some), if not faster .

I think stretching adds tone, and is good for the skin. Similar to stretching the muscles and exercising.
