Is that good or bad?
I guess it;s a good thing you don't have 3 thumbs.

Thanked: 10"Just"?
What do you mean by "just" got married? Where would you get married at 1:30 in the morning?

Congratulation! Marriage is the only place where 1+1=1. There was a movie which came out last fall now on dvd about marriage called "Fireproof". Not the best acting but did quite well in theaters and has been called the #1 inspirational movie of the year. Here's a link to the trailer I believe it puts forth a good perspective on marriage. You and your Bride may want to watch it. Congratulations again and enjoy the journey.

Thanks for the trailer to Fireproof. It actually seems pretty interesting to watch, odd acting and all. My childhood was in the middle of a nasty marriage and divorce so my judgement of marriage is a little askew, and the numerous romantic comedies are making me want to stab something due to the cliches.
I was surprised and generally interested in the movie now, thanks.

A resort in the swanky part of town
It was actually a late wedding. Started at 6 and ended around 2 (I assume, I didn't stick around to see how it wrapped up).
Thanks for the film recommendation. Maybe a bit too soon for marital problems movies, don't want to freak out the wife just yet. I'll definitely put it on the "to watch" list though.

I don't quite understand the two thumbs reference from reading the thread. When someone gets married I alway say congratulations to the woman and good luck to the man.
This thread made me think of the late Johnny Two Thumbs, a once well know tattooer.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
