I (heart) love old ads, too. Vintage straight razor ads are sort of hard to find. I have lots of old ads for my other hobbies, such as fountain pens, gathered from 1920's and 1930's magazines bought on eBay.

My best examples of old razor ephemera comes from really old catalogs. Sears, Montgomery Wards, and various mail-order hardware vendors from the turn-of-the-century often displayed familiar European and American branded razors along with those of their own names. Catalogs are available on eBay. See, for example, a sample off our old Yahoo! site. Framed, an old catalog page makes great art!

im 28 here - just got sick of using disposable blades - they irritate my skin - and i figure the amount of money i spent on those new mach 3 turbo blades - i should look into long term solutions.

Thought i am spending a lot of money now - already over $300.00 i imagine the purchases to last a long long time
