Thanked: 2I received mine today. I used all the new items this afternoon and the result was a great shave. (I purposely didn't shave this morning just in case.)
The razor is certainly shave ready and I got the best shave I have ever achieved on my chin (I am still relatively new). I really like the small handle on the brush. It will make a great travel brush. I have never smelled Frankincense before and found that I like the scent. The only problem I had was the bowl. It works great and is a good looking bowl. The problem is, I am going to have to hide it or my wife will steal it to use for something else. I almost didn't get it back when I handed it to her after I took it out of the box.
Again, thanks to everyone who makes the monthly giveaways possible!

Good morning men (and women)!
My package came in yesterday as well and I got to use the full compliment last night around midnight!
It was my first time with a Wapienica and the shave was great - very different from the other two razors I'm accustomed to using but really satisfying and easy to maneouver. It was sharp and smooth and took me easily through three passes. Mama Bear's Marauders Citrus Dominican Bay & Tangerine shaving soap is really nice - really tangerine-y and VERY easy on the skin (which is good, because my skin is really sensitive - always something that I feel thwarts my man-ishness...). My wife, who was raised behind the Cheese Curtain gave full props on the soap - perhaps we'll pay Mama Bear a visit on our next trip out to the in-laws. The new brush and bowl are great - finally something with bristles that don't sag (for anyone who saw my SOTD last week!).
Many thanks for the opportunity this month - I couldn't be happier!
Have a great day, my friends!
Julian
