I feel defamed!
I don't know how exactly saying someone sells crummy razors is defamatory. Generally speaking, something is "libel per se" if it relates to a few narrow categories of cases - accusation of a crime, inability to perform in their profession, having a "loathesome disease" (or, if you prefer, a "social disease" - VD), imputing unchastity to a woman, or dishonesty in business. Gotta love the common law, right?
You aren't saying they were dishonest, just that their product isn't good in several specific respects. While other false statements can be defamatory, they require proof of specific damages, and would therefore be much more difficult.
Anyway, this isn't in any way legal advice, it varies by state and country, and your milage my vary. I also don't want to start a flame war, because I'm reasonably certain there are probably people on this very forum who know more about this stuff than me. Really, I just wanted an excuse to use the words "loathesome disease" and "unchastity" in a post, and this was too good an opportunity to pass up.
If you buy a crummy razor from someone, and you think they sold you a bill of goods, leave them bad feedback, or demand a refund. Bad feedback is probably the best warning to future buyers.

Let me jump in for a minute. I have 13 razors, 12 were bought on ebay. The majority of them are very nice razors. I did get one or two that are not that great but that was early on in my razor buying career. I have bought Puma's Filarmoica's Dovo's and Dorko's. ( still looking for that low priced overlooked TI) W&B's and a few others. It is a case of buyer beware. Check the buyers rating. The other advise I would make on this is, if the picture is fuzzy or far away stay away.

I agree wholeheartedly with Rich. I've been very careful in what I bid on on ebay, and the two things I have purchased have not dissapointed me at all.
If they have a lot of negative feedback, then I'd really watch out. Or if they don't know what the heck they're selling, but advertise how "old" and "rare" it obviously is.
