When you consider I am using an old (small) cigar box. I can really appreciate something that nice.

I didn't make a poll out of this, but it seems that "cigar box" would be the winner if I did. I gave almost all my old ones away, though.
I was thinking of one of those knife rolls, with little sleeves, though I don't know if they'd be adequately sized for razors. Failing that, at least I have some good ideas now!
Thanks.

Thanked: 324I have two 72 razor leather rollup cases and a 48 slot breifcase. I also have a couple of very nice 12 razor display boxes with an additional drawer underneath, plus a few assorted smaller rollups and wooden cigar boxes I've customized with foam cushion to create slots for the raors.

Thanked: 90I keep my razors in an empty Barbercide jar in my bathroom. I coat the blades with petroleum jelly before I put them in there so rust isn't a problem.
However. my kid is getting old enough and clever enough to pull a chair into a room and stand on it to reach something he's interested in, so now I'm thinking of some sort of locking case (like one of those pistol cases) that I can use until he's old enough to understand the danger of playing with something like that. Does anyone else here have the same problem? And how have you dealt with it?

I got myself an old oak medicine cabinet at an antique store. It's got a mirrored door, three wooden shelves on the inside, and two drawers at the base of it.
I haven't put it on the wall yet, though. The thing is bloody heavy and I need a second person to hold it up as I drill the pilot holes in the wall.

Here are two pictures of my shaving shrine, by the way.

Oooh, very nice. I tell you, the modern medicine cabinet is just not built for a wetshaving man who enjoys a selection of fine shaving creams...
