Same thing here...
I purchased a Norton 4/8 3" from Ray. It came via FedEx and, like yours, was chipped. I called Classicshaving and without hesitation they sent me a new stone and began the claim process with FedEx. Laura told me to hang on to the stone in case FedEx wanted to examine it. Well, it's been about 2 months now and I've heard nary a word from FedEx. I still have the stone in my possession and will until I hear from FedEx, if ever.
