Yes, he does reflect his heat vision but it's not a glass mirror. It's a piece of highly polished metal from the ship that carried him here from Krypton. I've seen it at least twice. As far as red kryptonite goes, I only know of one time that it made his hair grow at an inordinate rate and that was 40 years ago. (Does red kryptonite even exist in the currten DC universe?) Supergirl and Krypto came to the rescue, since it was too much growth for his standard method. Another question is: How does Tarzan shave? In the original novel, he shaved with his father's hunting knife, but how did he keep it sharp? And what did he strop it on, lion tail?

Thanks for the info on red kryptonite, X-man. I haven't really read his chronicles that much since the re-boot back in, was it the eighties? As for Tarzan's shaving being off-topic -- I am wounded. I thought I was contributing to a meaningful conversation.

Yeah, but it didn't take too long for Supes to get back up to pure invulnerability again and then they rebooted the entire universe(s) so who knows where they're at now. Earth 2 with the golden age heroes was always my favourite, mostly because of Power Girl *sigh*
As this is a shaving forum and it was a legitimate shaving question about Tarzan, perhaps it was I who was out of line. My apologies.
Yup, and before we get into it, he has super control, okay?
