Thread: Yet Another Great StraightRazorPlace Giveaway! STROPS

We hinted at a strop giveaway a few days ago and I got the details worked out with Lynn and Randy and we have decided a separate list should be made so guys can sign up for the razor giveaway, the strop giveaway or both.

Lynn is going to make a Registration Sticky for the strop giveaway or turn this post into one and anyone interested can add their name. If you are on the other list and ONLY wanted a strop let us know and we will transfer your name from one list to the other.

So far what we have are 6 to 8 hanging strops of various types, and a few 2 and 4 sided paddles. Most of these are either prototypes or those I supply to newbies. These will be distributed in random order when the names are drawn.

This is just our way of supporting SRP and Lynn's great efforts in making this the #1 Straight Razor Board out there!

Well, I'll sign up, as a newbie who's interested and would like to get started!

Whee, sign me up! I don't even have a razor *OR* strop yet, but you guys are already a bad influence on me. I replaced my ratty tired old crappy boar bristle brush that's lost almost as much hair as I have today with a C&E Edwin Jagger badger brush. Kind of amazed the girl at C&E when I walked right in and asked for it by name lol.

I *REFUSE* to get crazy though. One brush, one razor, one strop, one hone... that's it. I need my disposable income for my homebrewing supplies! Maybe lightning will strike and I'll get both a strop AND a razor from the giveaway (and maybe I'll wake up tomorrow with a full head of hair too...)

That'll never work you see ... peole will trade you razors for beer and you'll be in with the rest of us. Don't worry though, you can keep coming here where you'll feel more normal.
