Custom Scuttles...
Does anyone know of a Potter taking custom orders for scuttles and the like. I contacted Julie at Dirty Bird, gave her some general dimensions and she talked about Shrinkage, and not being able to accomodate me....(Funny, I thought Shrinkage was a guy thing....)
I'm not looking for anything fancy, just a flower pot basically, like the old SRD scuttles...It does have to fit in another vessel...
I apologize if I lured you in with "Custom Scuttles"....We have assumed control !

walmart self watering pots work fine for me , got mine on sale for 5.00 while back.

Update:
Julie at Dirty Bird has agreed to custom make me my piece for 16.00. The photo's didn't show up with the original email, but they did with my reply. Once she saw what I wanted, it was no problem...We have assumed control !

I guess you have it under control, but for anyone else, I believe Robert Becker makes custom scuttles. I purchased an available one from his E-Bay store for around $20 and I could not be happier with it.

how about showing us what you are doing? At least until you get it then we would like to see pics of the final product.
