Thread: What recommendation for 7/8 or 8/8

John didn't screw up. He sent me the Mella and the Friodur. Both are absolute beauties...I just can't decide which one to use tonight. I haven't shaved in 3 days in preparation for one of these behemoths. Both are well balanced, with thick, heavy spines. Beautiful to look at, beautiful to hold. It'll probably be the Mella tonight, and the Friodur tomorrow.

P.S. JL, you're really going to hate me now, but you've got to check out the new ones he put on the site last night.

Since blue is my favorite color I go for the 8/8 blue mosaic

Got the 7/8" Mella in today. It really seems bigger than 7/8...so I measured it. Came out to about 31/32. Might as well be an 8/8
