    Historical figures like presidents, generals, emperors, etc?

    I think you'd be hard pressed to find ANYONE with a serious accidental self inflicted wound from shaving. Except on the finger, that is (I've almost done that). The reason being that when you cut yourself, you generally stop before you push the blade further.
