Problem with Archives
I'm having problems with the PDF files and some of the videos in the archive - The PDF claim to be missing a font, namely ODNMG+TT... and my Windows Media Player is completely up-to-date but I appear to be missing needed codecs.
Has anyone else had problems with the archives?

No, I'm not. Anything in particular your trying to load. Maybe you can save it to your harddrive and open it from there. That helps sometimes.

PDF's should be viewed with Adobe Acrobat. Not sure how your Windows Media Player came to have the .pdf extension associated with it. You can download the viewer for free from http://www.adobe.com.

I just updated Adobe to 7.07 and that fixed the problem - now I'm only having problems with Superfly's videos as an earlier poster said.

Has anyone reported the video problem to Superfly? IF not, I'll PM him.

What format is the movie in? If you're missing the proper codec, it's probably not a problem with the movie itself.

The videos are tagged as .avi files - who knows how they were created.

I think you need Apple's Quick Time media viewer to watch those. It's free.

I recently downloaded a couple video's with no problems ... Superfly_Hanging_hair, and Superfly_stropping. Both are .avi's, and play fine in my not completely up to date windows media player, version 9.00.00.3344. They have a little DivX logo in the lower right corner, perhaps that's the missing codec.
I got it hereLast edited by nothenon; 05-11-2006 at 03:04 AM.
