Thread: Been out, but I have an excuse

I also want to add, be prepared for Daddy's little girl syndrome. My son has it much tougher than my daughter because it's tough for me to really get mad at her. Oh well...

Congratulations to you and your wife on the new addition to the familly.

I used to take the 2 am shift when my daugher was born. She is now five and I look back at those moments with the greatest of fondness. I actually miss them sometimes.

Enjoy your precious pricess and cherish this time because she'll grow up in what seems like a flash.

Vlad is right. My oldest was married in March. Funny, when I think of her, I still see her as a baby rolling around on the bed, putting her foot in her mouth!

I am proud and I am busy. She's so adorable, even at 2am I can't help smushing her with affection (which doesn't help me get back to bed, incidentally). I find myself using my Tom's of Maine shaving cream exclusively lately. It's got Peppermint oil in it, so it really wakes you up in the morning!
