Nice hat X. I've got several that are similar for field wear. I'd also like a jacket I could wear regularly, but I'm not sure many of them match my regular hat.

Both are nice hats. I have one of the australian style ones when I'm feeling dressy and a daily wear fedora for the wintertime rainy season (along with my london fog, who needs a stinkin' umbrella?) with a straw for the summertime to keep my bald pate cool and sunburn-free.

I also have about 20 other hats that I cycle through, my favorite is probably my Irish tweed, similar to this one: (that's not me in the pic)

Well, I like the safari hat first and the fedora 2nd but both very close.

Of all the pictures of the jackets I like the jacket X posted best. Again, not to be offensive but I don't like any of the jackets in the poll. I like the original srp logo and think it would look really great on the jacket x provided. The other alternative would be a leather look or feel

something similar in looks (NOT price) to these places:

FUD the problem is looks and price often go hand in hand. Well its partially all your fault that I am posting another poll on what people are willing to pay lol. No actually I have gotten so many suggestions please vote (all of you) on the price range, then I can look into other companies and take all your suggestions into account without wasting my time on options that members arent willing to pay for...

So dont get annoyed with yet another poll...you all started it!!!!

Two problems with the last suggestion for me
First I already have 2 leather jackets
Second that bumps the price up a good deal.
    $50-60 compared to several hundred.

Sorry but not somthing I would spend that much on.

I'm going to have my wife make one out of Ultraleather products or something similar and see how much it would run.

Unless someone objects I'm going to make an srp logo to go over the breast pocket area. When it's done I'll post pics and cost.

lol and you come to our next problem! The short answer is no. We are working on something.

As for myself, and I know this will make me sound snobby but I would not wear fake leather. I have plenty of jackets and quite a few real leather ones, I just could never bring myself to wear pleather...Im assuming thats what ultraleather is?

Anyway the jackets I was talking about would have nice embriodery done...I think thats more classy (and lasts longer) than a patch...might want to see if you can have that done on your jacket instead IMO

Right, well I actually thought this thread was started because, like me, nobody liked any of those, roll away hood ... who needs a hood when you've got a good hat?! Elastic cuffs ... The truth is they're just too sporty for my secret identity. I have to maintain a very 'normal' or 'mild mannered' exterior or people might start to think, you know?
