    Does anyone else find the people collecting these Sweeny Todd Razors blasphemous..

    Nope. I'd actually love to get two 9/8ths chunks of Sheffield steel on scales that look like the ones from the movie.
    That being said, people collect what they enjoy. I have friends who collect the most random stuff. At least, to my eyes, the Sweeter Todd razors are visually appealing.
    Hating on someone for liking them is like hating on someone for liking Invicta or Stauer watches. There are far better out there that cost less but if you like it and it makes you happy, buy it and enjoy it.

    I bought one to use on my students in the dojo. Good for reality training. Yes I took the edge off it

    has anyone actually tried to hone and shave with one of these??

    Why bother when you can win a good vintage for less on eBay ? The Sweeney's are SS & likely not tempered. Think Krieger

    if they were real that would be another story.. ;D i find the way they flip the razors around annoying but... the cases they come in are awesome!

    Yeah maybe, but because of the grind its physically impossible to hone about 1" of the heel unless you freehand it like a knife.
    Another downside is the scales are soooo heavy. Makes a Wapi feel well balanced.
