Default Maybe we can help this guy....

I just found this great story and went to the blog.

Technolog from msnbc.com - Strangers unite online to save barbershop ransacked in riots

I posted in the comments offering to help by sending him some shaving stuff if he needs it.
I just hope they will send me his address then I will send him some items anyway.

I am in for shaving stuff. I doubt we could match the $50,000 that has been collected for him. He could go back with all top notch stiff and a golden teapot...

I have now sent an email to one of the articles writers asking for Aaron Bibers mailing address.

I guess I am just a bit outraged when I see old people being victimized. Makes me want to show them they are not alone in this world.

They just showed him and did a quick blurb about him on whichever morning show my wife had on. NBC, I think.

Poor old guy. I guess that's what happens when the "Let's all despise rich people" card is played. Suddenly the dregs of society decide that a guy like this who runs a neighborhood barbershop is part of the "greedy rich" and the cause of all their misery. What a shame.

No I'm sorry .. it was not something to do with " rich and poor " ..
this was just much worse ..
this was " only " a bunch of kids (criminals) vandalizing and setting fire to everything they could , stealing and robbing regardless who was who and what was what ..
there was no logical reason for that ..
ask any Londoners .. they know what happened

anyway .. you guys are very kind , all over from the other part of the World showing support to all this .. well done .. I personally appreciated this a lot

Have fun shipping a razor into England. I don't know about England specifically, but I know several countries in the EU have VERY strict import laws and I know that Englad has a reputation for not allowing knives into the country. We were told to leave any pocket-knives on-campus if we planned to go to England when I was over in Austria.

Perhaps Cardellino can shed some light on the subject.
