Thanked: 0I see your point. Maybe im sick in the head, but I've had some women get pretty up close and personal with a razor on me and I never complained. But point well taken either way.

Thanked: 12I like my razors like I like my women. Nice legs, a good honest body that isn't too shallow (hollow), with nice curves while having a sharp tongue, and glides against me smoothly at least 3-4 times a day (passes). She has to have a good spine, not to mention a genuine smile that would capture the hearts of an army. Intelligent, she's made of tough stuff and is firm, but still soft, and demands a delicate touch.
When I make a pass at her, she doesn't complain, she just laps it up, basking in the warm glory of it all..

Thanked: 36Well
I think they can be both, just like cars. "Shes a sweet machine", "man, that things got balls"
There beauty has to be described in female terms and there strength in male.
I think we will have to use both gernder references for straights, buuuut if you want to deem yours a particular sex as you get to know it, i think that is a good thing.
Cheers

For my money, male. Probably a bit like Robert Mitchum - easy-going, capable and friendly enough in a casual way unless you mess around with him then you may well regret it.
They could of course be Tamara Press-type females but I really don't want to go there.

They have to be female. At least in Spanish "la navaja" or "la razuradora" they are both clearly female.

True.
In my native language (Portuguese) and in any other latin-origin languages (Spanish, French, Italian, etc.), all the objects have gender, unlike English.
Razor in Portuguese is "navalha" which is a female noun. In Spanish it's "navaja" which is also a female noun. In French is "Rasoir", but I don't know what gender it is.

Thanked: 131My wifes theory:
Male. If you cut yourself it hurts instantly and blood comes instantly. Like men. If it was female then the pain would be long and drawn out and wouldnt necessarily show at all. But it would hurt emotionally more than physically.
Personally I am not sure. I think the action of shaving in the way we do is very male. But as for the razor itself....
I tell you one thing though: IMO a PCR razor is DEFINITELY female!!!
Although my wife says a PCR is DEFINITELY male....
So with that in mind perhaps your regular razor is male....
I dunno.
