I've had instances where I received those shipments where the paper mailer was teared and taped back by the PO. Even received them teared with the razor coffin nearly sticking out. For years I have used carton boxes and never had one issue. Shipping out or coming my way.
Huge +1 What amazes me is that the boxes I buy for shipping from U-line 2x3x9 are actually cheaper delivered to my front door, than the Bubble envelopes are (even at Walmart or Costco) and way safer...

Me and Bruno from Vintagescent.com traded Razors a few months back and it took almost 8 weeks to get the Razors. I Bought a razor from a german ebay'er and it got to me in 4 days....postal systems are not all created equal.

I have not received any package from Elton yet.
I'm sorry but I'm beginning to doubt the F. Von Brosy razor really was stolen...and the Ern really was shipped to me.
All the things together just doesn't seem to make any sense.
And I'm not the only one.
It would be quiet coincidence that we both got robbed.

I'm sorry, but that's just my feeling.

I think enough has been said about this.

If the parties involved have issues they need to settle it themselves and if the postal authorities are involved the sender and recipient should have discussed that eventuality and considered it in the method of shipment re insurance.
