Day 23
What's weird is, my friends haven't said anything to me about my moustache when they see me in person. I wonder if they're afraid to point it out, like dew drop nose hairs or bread crumbs in the eye brow. My fiancé can't wait for this thing to go away.

Doing movember in Canada, I work in the steel fabrication shop with roughly 150 guys working on the floor and 40 of us are growing for movember sadly my donations to date place me at number 12 on our team totals. So help a fellow straight shaver out and gimme a donation

Day 27
Well Gentlemen,
With 3 days left to go, I think this will be the final picture. I came close to losing the "Mo" on Friday evening. I was at the dentist having impressions taken for some new front teeth. the "Jollop" (technical term) that they use for the impressions got adhered to it (and it stuck like S*1t to a blanket), but managed to get it off with only minimal damage.
I will of course shave it off in sections and do the hitler thing, but won't be sharing those pictures.
A well done for all of the "Movember" participants who have compromised their dignity and embarrassed themselves in the cause of a very worthwhile charity.Last edited by easyace; 11-27-2011 at 09:53 AM.

Thanked: 74This was from a couple of days ago. Pretty creepy, especially when I unload the puppies and candy from my white van.
The wife is impatiently waiting for Movember to end.

Thanked: 68Movember has ended
Congratulations to all those involved. Hope your fundraising went well.
Thanks to all the partners and families who put up with unfamiliar facial hair... or in some cases a unusual lack of facial hair.
Hope you all enjoy going back to "normal" for you.
Has been an interesting experience shaving my chin but more than happy to go back to my goatee/van dyke.
Cheers

Thanked: 3Today marks the end of Movember and here's my final picture. For the record I'm not wearing a Sherlock Holmes costume. These are all clothes that I own and wear on a regular basis and yes I do smoke a pipe from time to time. Apparently I was born in the wronge era.
Now I'll be going into full lumberjack mode and letting the rest of the beard catch up with the stache....my wife's going to love it!
